Working across art fairs, exhibitions, museums, galleries, and collections-based residential environments, Untitled Office approaches architecture as an active mediator in how art is experienced, positioned and valued. Each project is approached as both a spatial and cultural act, developed through close collaboration and careful attention to the experience and cultural positioning of art. The practice works with galleries, institutions, and collectors for whom the spatial conditions of display are a considered part of how art is positioned and valued.
Untitled Office was founded by Dani Mileo, an architectural designer with over fifteen years of experience working across art and cultural spaces. Her approach is grounded in dual training in fine art and architecture, enabling direct translation between curatorial intent, spatial composition, and technical execution within complex institutional and commercial settings. This background informs an ongoing sensitivity to material, perception and framing, further shaped through work at leading international practices including Shigeru Ban Architects and OMA.
Her work includes projects with Art Basel, TEFAF, Mauritshuis, Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna, and Fondazione Prada. Prior to founding Untitled Office, Dani served as Director at Tom Postma Design, where she led projects awarded by Dezeen, FRAME, and Interior Design Magazine, and was interviewed by The New York Times. In 2021, she was nominated for de Architect's Young Talent Award, recognising her as one of the leading designers in the Netherlands under the age of 35.
Born and raised in Australia, Dani holds a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne. She regularly contributes to master's-level programs in architecture and curatorial studies as a guest lecturer and critic, and was previously Education Fellow in Architectural Design at the University of Melbourne.
Untitled Office is based between Melbourne and Rotterdam and works with clients internationally.
